Design notes
- Materials
- Pale oak, white packaging and creamy plaster keep the room bright and natural, and charcoal chairs add firm contrast at the waiting corner.
- Lighting
- Linear tracks with small spots run across the ceiling and glowing shelves behind the counter light up the back, while perforated ceiling panels soften sound and glare.
- Layout
- The counter is centred at the back with a clear route from the door, and two chairs on the left sit away from the walkway as a gentle waiting spot.
- Display
- Shelves hold packs and bottles in clear rows, and low islands near the window keep the view to the street open. Blank hanging signs show where category labels would go.
Try this: Keep freestanding units low near the window so passers-by can see inside, and save the tall shelving for the walls.
