- Materials
- Brick, black steel, aged timber and a dark mottled floor create a moody, hard-wearing palette. Pastries and leather booths supply the warm tones.
- Lighting
- Cone-shaped pendants hang at different heights and small spots add highlights over the counter. Side light from the windows gives the room an amber balance.
- Layout
- Booths line the left wall, stools sit along a window ledge on the right and the counter island lets people circulate on all sides. The route stays open to the back.
- Display
- The pastry case faces the visitor on the main route, with espresso machines and mugs on shelves behind. Pale trays stand out brightly against the dark steel.
