- Materials
- Brick, planked timber, dark stone and marble tabletops give an earthy, layered palette, and the bentwood chairs repeat the warm wood of the wall banquette.
- Lighting
- Bare filament bulbs at varying heights form a canopy of small lights, and the arched window turns blue at dusk, contrasting with the amber interior.
- Layout
- Tables are pushed to the right along a continuous banquette, leaving the left half free for the counter and queue. The arched window gives a destination at the end.
- Display
- Pastries are shown at an angle behind glass, close to the till, and a steel-and-glass shelving unit behind the counter displays cups and beans.
