Scandi café interior design · day

Design notes
- Materials
- Blond oak, white plaster and pale stone keep everything soft, and plants are the only strong accent. The wooden floor adds warmth underfoot.
- Lighting
- Tall windows pour in street light, and pendants and track spots add a gentle fill. A small framed opening at the back brings a glimpse of outside into the room.
- Layout
- The long table runs along the window, smaller tables fill the middle and the counter is on the right. Customers walk a clear central strip to order and leave by the same route.
- Display
- The pastry case carries small labels, with open timber shelves of coffee bags and jars behind. Showing beans and equipment adds retail without extra fixtures.
Try this: A single long communal table by the window uses the best light and suits solo workers and groups alike.
